Our Management
Ajay Gupta joined in 1986 and was the key man in upscaling MTI’s operations. He took prime leadership for laying down the company’s first steppingstone in Import and Export business in 1992, which has helped MTI in being one of the biggest importers of Nickel in India.
He has a graduation degree in Commerce from Ramjas College, Delhi University, India
He loves to architect buildings and enjoys gardening in free time.
Managing Director
Sanjay Gupta joined in 1986 and transformed MTI’s philosophy from supplier centric to customer centric. He played major role in evolving copper business for the company which has helped MTI in being leaders in copper business.
He has a graduation degree in Commerce from Ramjas College, Delhi University, India
He follows Nichiren Buddhism and enjoys meeting new people.
Executive Director
Aakash Gupta joined in 2013 as Business development Manager. He empowered the company with new and innovative thinking. He has successfully led MTI to achieve its status as one of the biggest names in electroplating industry.
He has a post-graduation degree in International Business from Hult University, Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA
He is passionate for coffee and loves reading business books.
